Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Red Rock Property Group LLC ("Red Rock," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use redrockpg.com, the Home Selling Options Calculator, the AI seller assistant, or a property-review form. It is intended to provide the notice described in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

1. Information we collect

Depending on what you choose to use or submit, we may collect:

• Identifiers and contact information: name, telephone number, email address, property address, and communication preference.
• Property and transaction information: property type, occupancy, condition, repairs, selling goals, timeline, expected price, listing status, mortgage balance, payment information, interest rate, HOA, solar, liens, other property debt, and notes you provide.
• Calculator information: homeowner-entered value, costs, debts, priorities, and calculated results.
• Chat information: questions and property details entered into the AI seller assistant.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and security or server logs that may be generated when the site is accessed.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or complete loan account numbers. We do not request those items through this website.

2. How information is collected

We collect information directly from you when you use a form, calculator, chat, email, telephone link, or other website feature. We may also receive technical information automatically from the website host and security systems. Address suggestions use an external address-search service, but a selected or typed address is not saved as a lead unless you submit the form.

3. How we use information

We may use information to respond to your inquiry; evaluate, compare, or explain possible property transactions; contact you in accordance with your consent; operate and secure the site; detect abuse; maintain transaction, consent, and opt-out records; and comply with legal obligations or lawful process.

4. When information may be disclosed

We do not sell covered information for monetary consideration as "sale" is defined by Nevada law. We may disclose information, only as reasonably necessary, to these categories of recipients:

• Website and data processors: hosting, database, security, and technical service providers.
• Form delivery provider: FormSubmit, which forwards submitted lead information to our business email.
• AI provider: OpenAI, when you use the AI seller assistant. The assistant is configured not to store API responses for model training, but provider security and abuse-monitoring practices may still apply.
• Address-search provider: OpenStreetMap/Photon-related services used to return address suggestions.
• Transaction professionals: title and escrow companies, attorneys, accountants, inspectors, contractors, lenders, real estate professionals, or other parties when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a transaction you request.
• Legal and business transfers: government authorities when required by law, or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not authorize third parties to collect covered information on this website over time and across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising. We will update this policy before adding advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or a materially different use of personal information.

5. Communications and consent

If you select the separate call-authorization checkbox, you request and authorize Red Rock Property Group LLC and its employees or agents to call the telephone number you provided about your property, selling options, and potential offers. Calls may include marketing communications from a live representative. Call authorization is not a condition of selling your property. You may revoke it at any time by telling the caller, calling 702-844-9220, or emailing info@redrockpg.com. A telephone number submitted without call authorization is not treated as permission for marketing calls.

If you select the optional SMS consent checkbox, Red Rock may send recurring automated text messages about your property inquiry and related home-selling services, including promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email info@redrockpg.com. Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase, offer, or service. A one-time message confirming an opt-out may be sent.

Call and SMS permissions are separate and begin unchecked. We record the selected permissions, consent-language version, date and time, submitted telephone number, landing page, referring source, campaign parameters when available, and technical information reasonably necessary to document the request and honor later revocation. Revocation applies prospectively. We maintain an internal do-not-contact record for company-specific opt-outs.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver or support the messaging program, solely for those operational purposes and subject to appropriate restrictions. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention

We keep lead and transaction information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, a potential or completed transaction, consent and opt-out records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting obligations. Routine leads that do not become transactions are reviewed for deletion or de-identification under our retention practices. Backups and legal holds may require limited information to remain longer.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email system, or Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or account credentials through an ordinary form or email.

8. Nevada privacy requests

Nevada consumers may submit a verified request regarding covered information, including a request that we not sell covered information. Although we do not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration, you may still submit a request. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Include your name, the contact information or property address associated with the submission, and the request you are making. We may request reasonably necessary information to verify your identity. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults involved in real estate decisions and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially expands how previously collected information is used or disclosed, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
